How To Fail At Almost Everything and Still Win Big
1.Essentially, the general theme or argument of this book is that you can learn from each failure and keep failing, while still learning, and eventually you'll fail your way to success and "win big". The author explained how important it was to be the "good kind of selfish" and take care of your mind and body.
2. So many successful entrepreneurs say time and time again how they failed so many times and how so many companies and products they tried to create wound up going under. Failing and using it as a learning experience is the most valuable attribute an entrepreneur can have. This book really challenges you to think that way.
3. An activity that I think would relate to this book and something that everyone could benefit from is categorizing your daily activities into certain places. For example, don't eat or do work in your room as that should only be used for sleep. When you do work, go to a different location to activate your mind. Keep a journal of your experiences and share with others.
4. I always have been a big believer in finding your passion and keep running with it. However, Scott Adams challenges this and says to find your energy. This means that you need to be able to be energized and motivated in whatever you do to succeed and it will help you move through the failures.
